28 Piazza is situated in the highly sought-after Piazza area of Downalong and is perfectly located seconds away from Porthmeor Beach the award winning surfing beach and within easy walking distance to the Town Centre.

This light and airy three-bedroom, two storey apartment is the perfect base for a wonderful family holiday. A viewing platform is also available for you to while away the hours watching the waves at Porthmeor Beach.
The property is reverse level. Upstairs you will find the beautiful large living area with a Smart TV and two deep cosy three seater sofas. With books and boardgames, this is the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day on the beach.

The stunning kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A dining area with seating for six is also available.

On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom. Decorating in calming pink tones and furnished with a double bed and ample storage. Hidden behind the stylish wooden panel walls is the ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom offers bunk bed and storage.

The third bedroom is located on the first floor. This light and airy room is fitted with two single beds and a large built in wardrobe.

The beautiful large family bathroom has a double walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom with rainforest shower, WC and wash hand basin.

There is private access to the beach via a secure door accessed via the communal walkway.

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion. 1.3 If you need to change your Booking, a significant change such as the change of Property or Holiday Period may be treated as a cancellation of the Booking and clause 6.1 will apply. Subject to availability and capacity of the Property, any minor or insignificant changes to a Booking will incur a twenty five pounds (£25.00) Administration Fee.
