Above The Beach is a stunning three-bedroom apartment with on-site parking for one car. Walk in through your own private patio and front door, down the stunning porcelain tiled hallway, through the open plan kitchen and lounge to bi-folding doors into the conservatory and onto a sun terrace which both have striking panoramic views of Carbis Bay Beach and out across the turquoise sea towards the hustle and bustle of St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse. A perfect oasis for families and friends to escape for a tranquil break on the West Coast.

The elegant, contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen area greet you as you enter through the hallway. The lounge area has a large comfy sofa, a signature tan diminutive leather sofa and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with Sky.

With bi-fold doors that open onto the stunning conservatory and sun terrace, Above the Beach has the “Wow” factor, combining neutral palettes mixed with tan highlights which perfectly complement the use of the unique natural light shining over St Ives.

The dining table is situated between the kitchen and lounge area and comfortably seats up to six guests

The stylish, contemporary open plan SieMatic kitchen is well equipped with Neff appliances including electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, integrated microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

There is also a breakfast bar for up to four guests, perfect for a morning coffee.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with ample storage. It has an en-suite with rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC. This room overlooks the patio with doors leading out onto the entrance patio and with the calming grey and serene white palette it is a real oasis of calm.

The second bedroom offers flexibility with twin beds that can be linked to form a super kingsize bed upon request and has ample storage. It also has an en-suite rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC.

The third bedroom offers a double bed with Smart TV with Sky.

Alongside the en-suite bathrooms, there is a large family bathroom which offers a bath and a handheld shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin with WC.

There is a delightful private balcony with a bistro table and breathtaking sea views fashioning a peaceful haven where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine alfresco and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.

Cancellations

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
