Beach View is a beautiful three storey town house, with stunning views over Porthmeor and just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Tate Gallery and the quaint centre of St Ives. Sleeping up to eight people, this stunning holiday home is ideal for families and friends to escape, relax and unwind!

The bright and airy open plan living and dining area benefits from high ceilings, large feature bay window, timber flooring, and wood burning stove. The relaxing living space has comfy sofas and a wall mounted smart TV.

The farmhouse style kitchen boasts exposed beams, wooden floors and a SMEG gas range cooker. The kitchen also offers an extra dining area with seating for four. There is also an adjacent utility room housing the washing machine and fridge/freezer with a separate W/C and wall mounted wash hand basin with mirror over.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and benefits from exposed timber flooring and dual aspect feature windows with breath-taking views of Porthmeor Beach. This bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower with W/C and wash hand basin.

The second bedroom with king size bed is on the third floor; this former attic room set within the eaves of the roof has been tastefully refurbished to offer a relaxing setting with double dormer windows offering views over Porthmeor Beach, The Island and beyond. There is also an en-suite shower with W/C and wash hand basin.

A charming third bedroom with two twin beds and fourth bedroom with bunk beds are on the first floor.

On the first floor is a family bathroom with shower over bath, W/C and wash hand basin.

There is a small rear courtyard area, ideal for those surfers who wish to dry their wetsuits or for those intrepid explorers who wish to clean and air their muddy boots.

1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI:
(a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or
(b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment.
1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
