Chy Coose, located in a quiet cul de sac in Carbis Bay, sleeping 8 is quite simply stunning. This magnificent house welcomes pets and has an enclosed rear garden. With parking for four cars this is perfect for family and friends to all come together and relax in this stylish holiday home.
The lounge has a Smart TV, DVD player and Xbox. There is a log burner for those cosy winter evenings and comfortable seating.

The kitchen and dining area of Chy Coose is breathtakingly beautiful and stretches across the entire back on the property with bi-folding doors that open out onto the patio area bringing the outdoors indoors.

The patio area leads to an extensive garden which is laid to lawn with a raised decking area featuring rattan furniture, perfect to watch the children play in the garden while relaxing with a well earned gin and tonic after a busy day sightseeing. There is also a charcoal BBQ on the patio area to enjoy when the sun comes out.

The main dining area has a large wooden table with eight modern chairs and there is also a raised breakfast bar island with stools. Feature lighting throughout the kitchen and dining areas and a wall mounted TV. Why not escape and unwind in the cosy snug area which has a seating and coffee table.

The contemporary kitchen area has everything you could possibly need and more! There is a full length fridge and freezer, a wine cooler, coffee machine, oven plate warmer and combination microwave. The sink can be found in the centre island and also houses two dishwashers and pop up plug sockets.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs cloackroom.
Upstairs Chy Coose boasts four bedrooms with shower ensuites and a family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and mirrored wardrobes and features a juliet balcony with sea views. The ensuite has a double walk in shower with WC and wash hand basin.

The second master bedroom has a kingsize bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom three has twin beds with hanging space and the fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be configured as a super kingsize bed. There is ample storage throughout each bedroom.

The modern family bathroom has WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.

Cancellations

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion. 1.3 If you need to change your Booking, a significant change such as the change of Property or Holiday Period may be treated as a cancellation of the Booking and clause 6.1 will apply. Subject to availability and capacity of the Property, any minor or insignificant changes to a Booking will incur a twenty five pounds (£25.00) Administration Fee.
