Hope Cottage is a delightful and cosy stone character cottage with Inglenook Fireplace and log burner. Situated on the outskirts of Lelant Village it’s within easy reach of St Ives town, restaurants, galleries and beaches. This cottage is pet friendly and has on-site parking for two cars.

The cottage style garden is perfect for dining alfresco or simply unwinding after a busy day exploring with a glass of wine.

This cottage is an ideal location for a walking experience or a family holiday.

The lounge is full of character and boasts an Inglenook Fireplace with log burner with comfy sofa, armchair and TV. There is a light, airy conservatory with sofas which leads out into the cottage garden and Summerhouse. The Summerhouse has a large table and six chairs.

Hope Cottage has a well equipped kitchen/diner with a Range Master cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining area has seating for four.

The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and
there is a further bedroom with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath.

On Site Parking for two cars - please note the garden may not be completely secure. Guests should also be aware that the property in located on a busy road. We ask that if you have children or pets please be vigilant at all times.

There is regular bus service is also available into St Ives from the Holiday Village during the main season.

Cancellations

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion. 1.3 If you need to change your Booking, a significant change such as the change of Property or Holiday Period may be treated as a cancellation of the Booking and clause 6.1 will apply. Subject to availability and capacity of the Property, any minor or insignificant changes to a Booking will incur a twenty five pounds (£25.00) Administration Fee.
