With stunning sea views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse, this beautiful spacious home is located within a short walk from St Ives’ blue flag beaches, wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants and is ideal for friends and families alike. Generously spread over three floors, Mavericks also benefits from on-site parking and a beautiful private courtyard.

The large open plan living and dining area is tastefully decorated in blues and yellows, reminiscent of sunny days on the beach. The living area boasts two comfy sofas, tub chair, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, DVD player and Arco lounge lamp. There is also a large selection of books and games, perfect for family nights in.

The dining area, complete with seating for eight, leading out through foldaway doors to the private courtyard.

The kitchen is stocked with all mod-cons including gas hob, integrated oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine.

There is a further dining table in the kitchen with seating for four.

All bedrooms at Mavericks benefit from wonderful seaviews across Porthmeor, Godrevy lighthouse, St Ives Town and Harbour.

The large master bedroom is located on the first floor, offering a king sized bed, Juliette balcony and wall to wall mirrored storage. There is also an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, wash-hand basin and WC.

The second bedroom is located on the second floor with stately king-sized bed, two armchairs, ample storage and views across St Ives Town and Harbour.

The third bedroom, also on the second floor, is delightfully decorated in bright yellow tones and offers two single beds and sea views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse.

The fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor with double bed, storage and views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse.

Alongside the ensuite bathrooms, there is a large family bathroom situated on the second floor and offers a shower, WC and wash hand basin.

There is a further WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor.

The private courtyard at the rear of the property is a wonderful sun trap in the summer months, with outside seating ideal for alfresco dining.
The undercover on-site parking is accessible through the courtyard area in an open garage that also offers and outside shower, ideal for washing off after a day in the sand and surf.

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
