Moonraker is a spacious, detached bungalow and a luxurious base for a relaxing seaside holiday in sought-after Carbis Bay. The interior is thoughtfully equipped and the generous grounds include a wonderful thatched, gazebo summer house, great for dining alfresco or lazing away the afternoon with a good book.

Moonraker’s location is ideal to enjoy the golden sandy beach cafes and restaurants at Carbis Bay and close enough to St Ives to take advantage of the independent shops, galleries, beautiful beaches and dining options on offer. The South West Coastal Path is within walking distance and the vistas from the coastal train which travels from Carbis Bay to St Ives are stunning. For those golf enthusiasts West Cornwall Golf Club is a couple of minutes’ drive away.

The large living/dining room has plenty of comfy seating and a mesmerising glass fronted, gas feature fireplace for those cosy nights in. The TV includes a full Sky package with Sky Sports. The sitting room area opens via French doors to a lovely sunny deck with outdoor seating.

The dining table comfortably seats up to six guests for convivial meals with family and friends.

The high-quality kitchen boasts an island unit, granite work surfaces, an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Master bedroom is well furnished with a king size bed and views over the garden. The luxurious en suite shower room has a walk-in double shower cubicle, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The generous second bedroom also has a king size bed.

Bedroom three is a charming twin-bedded room.

The family bathroom has bath with shower over, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside, lawned gardens surround the property, great for catching the sun throughout the day and evening. The gardens also accommodate a lovely, thatched gazebo and sheltered decked area with outside furniture.

Cancellations

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion. 1.3 If you need to change your Booking, a significant change such as the change of Property or Holiday Period may be treated as a cancellation of the Booking and clause 6.1 will apply. Subject to availability and capacity of the Property, any minor or insignificant changes to a Booking will incur a twenty five pounds (£25.00) Administration Fee.
