Reflections is perfect for a family holiday. Situated in a peaceful area of St Ives with the town centre, galleries, restaurants and beaches only a couple of minutes away. This spacious Victorian house welcomes pets and has views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Point. Sleeping six with on-site parking, gives you the flexibility to explore Cornwall.

Enjoy some family time in the spacious open plan ground floor living/dining area with TV and ample seating. There is also an electric fire for those cosy evenings. French doors open out into a secluded garden which offers the option of relaxing after a day at the beach with alfresco dining.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine.

After a day at the beach, the downstairs shower is great for rinsing off salt water.

Reflections has a lovely light and airy attic room with king-size bed and fabulous views. There is also a TV, dressing table, chairs and ample storage in this spacious bedroom.

The bright and airy second double bedroom has a fabulous arch window and Juliette balcony with French doors to enjoy the beautiful sea air, both with views across Porthmeor and St Ives Bay. Added benefit of a beautiful chandelier and two cosy chairs – ideal for unwinding after a busy day.

Also situated on the first floor is a twin bedroom with two single pretty cream iron beds.

The adjacent bathroom consists of bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink. There is a separate toilet.
Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care. Access lane 2.4m wide. The parking space dimensions are 2.7m Wide and 5m Long.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 6.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 6.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion. 6.3 If you need to change your Booking, a significant change such as the change of Property or Holiday Period may be treated as a cancellation of the Booking and clause 6.1 will apply. Subject to availability and capacity of the Property, any minor or insignificant changes to a Booking will incur a twenty five pounds (£25.00) Administration Fee.
