Located on a quiet cobbled street off St Ives’ famous Fore Street you will find this picturesque four-storey cottage. Sleeping seven, pet friendly and as its name suggests, only a Stone’s Throw from all the art galleries, restaurants, shops and beaches St Ives has to offer, this is the perfect base for your family holiday.

The spacious living room is lovingly furnished with large comfy L-shaped sofa, tub chair, Smart TV, DVD player and HiFi, along with lots of games, books and DVDs for cosy nights in. Stone’s Throw retains many of its original features and character.
The open plan kitchen and diner offers electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The dining area comfortably seats six guests.

The master bedroom is bright and fresh, featuring a king size bed, TV and ample storage.

The second bedroom has a nautical theme, fitting of beautiful St Ives, and is furnish with a double bed, TV and ample storage.

The third bedroom is located in the attic with windows offering sea glimpses towards the harbour. There are two single beds plus an extra trundle bed suitable for a child.

The family bathroom offers a shower, hand wash basin and WC.
There is also a small shower room and WC on the ground floor, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand and surf.

Stone’s Throw is pet friendly. We charge an additional £20.00 per pet per week.

Cancellations

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
