The Wedge is a former traditional sail loft that has been tastefully refurbished into a cosy cottage retreat for two. This unique holiday home is full of charm and character. Situated in an ideal location for exploring the cobbled streets, the many award-winning beaches of St Ives and the beautiful coastal walk to Carbis Bay.

On the first floor of this charming intimate cottage, you will find the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with TV.

Exposed timber roof beams with feature granite stones and local works of art adorning the walls sets the scene for this cosy boutique living area. Reclaimed white-washed oak timber flooring, with brass antique ships light fittings, chrome ships window table and comfortable corner sofa.

Bar style dining table with two stools is a perfect setting to enjoy your meals.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with polished granite work surface, tiled ceramic splashback, electric hob and oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The unique double bedroom is located on the ground floor with antique brass bed, matching ships lights, distressed timber bed side cabinets and reclaimed white-washed oak timber flooring.

Also, on the ground floor you will find the cosy en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, solid slate wash hand basin with oak cabinet complimented with handmade wall and floor tiles.

To the front entrance you will find an array of potted flowers adorning the white-washed walls.

1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI:
(a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or
(b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment.
1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
