Radiating contemporary chic, Tregenna House has been beautifully created and styled to present the perfect holiday home located right in the heart of St Ives. With its opulent feel and perfect location and off-site parking for two cars, you can explore all that St Ives has to offer from the great restaurants to the beautiful beaches. Tregenna is pet friendly and set over two floors with spacious open plan dining and kitchen and living area, two bathrooms and four beautiful bedrooms.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has been tastefully decorated with a contemporary and modern vibe. The living area boasts a large, cosy, sumptuous sofa, Smart TV and soft furnishings from the wonderful Cream Cornwall.

The sleek, high gloss kitchen incorporates an electric double oven and hob, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an in-built coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar which is perfect for lazy day breakfasts and a cheeky Bucks Fizz.
The striking dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Located on the first floor the master bedroom is bright and modern with a double bed and ample storage. The blue hues are reminiscent of the beautiful waters that surround St Ives accentuated by the marine inspired furnishings from Cream Cornwall.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, has ample storage, and is decorated with a tropical vibe. Soft pink furnishings highlight the warmth that you feel on a hot Summers day.
The third bedroom has two single beds, ample storage and is decorated with an underwater seahorse scene with sea anemones, fan coral and a beautifully drawn scallop shell from Cream Cornwall.
The fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a vibrant fun bunting theme perfect for children.
All the bedrooms have the benefit of a wall mounted Smart TV.

There is a family bathroom on the Ground Floor with a bath and a large shower cubicle, two hand wash basins, WC and heated towel rail.

The enclosed garden is a real gem and is off the open plan living area is a great space for alfresco dining in the summer months, making this holiday home a great choice for entertaining family and friends. It also benefits from a pizza oven and a state of the art barbeque.

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
