Villa Louise is a beautifully refurbished, south facing period town house in central St Ives. Ideal for those who wish to leave the car and explore on foot the pretty cobbled streets and the many award-winning beaches on offer. This stunning holiday home is tastefully furnished retaining many original features, allowing the period charm to show through.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining room. The living room benefits from high ceilings, deep coving, large feature window with timber shutters, open fireplace, TV, soft comfortable sofa with two armchairs and side table.
The dining area offers high ceiling, deep coving, central feature light, large feature window with timber shutters, complimented with antique furniture and a dining table for six, offering guests the opportunity to dine in grandeur.
The newly fitted kitchen boasts a breakfast bar, granite worktops, large range cooker with six ring gas hob, microwave, full height stainless steel fridge/freezer, SMEG toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and LED downlighters. A Panasonic washing machine is located under the stairs.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, the charming master bedroom having a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as two twin beds), high ceiling, large feature window with timber shutters, and window seat.
The second bedroom has a king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as two twin beds), high ceiling, large feature window with timber shutters and window seat, hardwood timber wardrobe, small dresser with TV and game station.
The third bedroom a single, with high ceiling, large picture window and chest of drawers.
Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with feature tiled walls, large walk-in shower, bath, wash basin with vanity unit and WC. A second separate WC with cistern and wash basin is located on the same floor.
To the front of the house is a private garden with patio area, bench seating and an array of plants.

Policies1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU
1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI:
(a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or
(b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment.
1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion.
