Will’s Rock is a beautifully refurbished first floor, three storey apartment in central St Ives. Enjoying wonderful views across the harbour and out to sea, this stunning holiday home is tastefully furnished, welcomes well behaved dogs and has off-site parking for one car.

On the first floor of this luxury apartment, you will find the living/dining/kitchen area.
Decorated in subtle blues, greys and greens, the living and dining area has a boutique feel with stylish interiors and two large sash windows to enhance the light. The relaxing living space has comfy sofas a Smart TV and DVD player.

The newly fitted kitchen is an atmospheric midnight blue and boasts a breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer plus a separate wine cooler and washer/dryer. The coffee machine is a Lavazza with milk frother to enhance your morning blend!

The contemporary dining table seats up to six guests.

The totally unique master bedroom suite is on the top floor and accessed via a flight of space saver stairs. This lovely sleeping and relaxing chamber is light and airy with dual aspect windows and everchanging views across to the harbour and ocean beyond. The bed is king size and a chill out space has been furnished to give a private lounging corner. The contemporary free-standing bath adds romance whilst soaking and gazing up at the stars.
On the first floor you will find the two carefully designed bedrooms. The charming second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom is decorated in ochre hues and has a double bed.

Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with a rain head shower over the bath and a handheld shower attachment. The luxurious fittings include a back lit mirror, heated towel rail, vanity unit, wash basin and WC. A second, separate WC with cistern hand wash basin is located on the same floor.

Please note: The apartment is accessed on the first floor and then encompasses three floors. The space saver stairs to the top floor are steep and not suitable for children and those with limited mobility.

Cancellations

1 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU 1.1 If You need to cancel the Booking in whole or in part, ETSI MUST receive Written Notice of such cancellation from You which can be by email. Depending on the date that the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI, the following cancellation charges will apply. If the notice of cancellation is received by ETSI: (a) eight (8) Weeks or more prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Deposit; or (b) less than eight (8) Weeks prior to the start date of the Holiday Period, then You will suffer the loss of the Booking Value i.e. any Booking Deposit and Balance Payment. 1.2 ETSI will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the cancelled Holiday Period but this cannot always be guaranteed. If ETSI receives a Booking for the Property, ETSI will refund the difference between the new Booking Value paid for the Property for the same Holiday Period (which might be at a reduced price) less the Booking Deposit. An Administration Fee of twenty-five pounds (£25) shall be payable. In order to secure a new booking, it may be necessary to negotiate a discount which shall be at ETSI’s discretion. 1.3 If you need to change your Booking, a significant change such as the change of Property or Holiday Period may be treated as a cancellation of the Booking and clause 6.1 will apply. Subject to availability and capacity of the Property, any minor or insignificant changes to a Booking will incur a twenty five pounds (£25.00) Administration Fee.
